We offer free delivery worldwide on all orders by standard shipping. Orders are sent via international airmail by Hong Kong Post. Depends on the destination, we estimate international orders will take 5 to 18 business days to arrive. This is a non traceable service. For deliveries to Italy and other countries where Customs delays are common, please allow 2-8 weeks. Please note that shipping will be delayed during Hong Kong Public Holidays.

Returns Policy

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging within 30 days of receipt, with a full returned items amount excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

 

You can return your purchase in steps:

1. Email customer@zakvi.com within 30 days of receipt of items, and provide the order reference number and delivery address.

2. Ship the item back to Zakvi with a copy of the packing slip after our confirmation to the following address:

We refund on the arrival of the returned item.

 

Customers are entitled for a full refund in the conditions below:

1. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
